We are searching for a dynamic, results-oriented Social Media & Community Manager who is passionate about health and active lifestyle. As part of the Marketing Team, this person will manage and grow BUBS Naturals brand presence across social media platforms, and will play a pivotal role in how we engage with new, existing, and future community members. To be successful in this role, you should have a voracious appetite for all things social, take interest in generating new revenue sources through affiliate marketing, and be a clear and consistent communicator.


  • Create and execute a social media strategy + content calendar aligned to the company's business goals, one that's tailored around the five main areas of full funnel marketing namely awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty, advocacy.
  • Own engagement and content development for BUB's social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest).
  • Using Tagger Media platform - track, analyze, and optimize social media campaigns and performance.
  • Recruit, track, and support the BUBS affiliate marketing community using Everflow.
  • Support the BUBS VIP and community experience through coordination of gift boxes, local event participation, promotional items etc.

Super Organized. You sweat the small stuff, and know that details matter when building a brand presence. You know editing social content on platforms is an option, but you aim to get it right the first time.

Minimum Qualifications:


Experience working in social media and/or community engagement

Experience developing strategic social plans and analysis

Strong understanding of influencer landscape

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

San Diego resident and the ability to spend at least 15 hours per week in BUBS Encinitas Office

Flexibility to work events outside of office hours. Limited travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

Start-up experience

Experience with Everflow affiliate marketing platform or similar

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
