Job Description:

The Sales Manager BUBS Naturals will lead a variety of customer sales relationships. Reporting to the CEO, this individual will be responsible for selling the product portfolio of BUBS Naturals products into retail. Our Sales Manager will interface with our customer partners in offering solution-based selling as well as managing our vast broker partnerships. People management is a requirement for this role. This is a remote role with required travel for customer meetings, trade shows and home office sales meetings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee all sales efforts within the grocery channel
  • Build and nurture customer relations with our category merchants and procurement buyers
  • Build and direct our brokerage network
  • Manage and leverage the distributor network of UNFI and Kehe
  • Responsible for forecasting all business and achieving annual “net revenue” targets
  • Articulate the unique and premium position of each of BUBS Naturals products
  • Strategically & profitably plan and execute Annual Business Plans with all customers within the designated areas
  • Be the “execution arm”. Bring our business plans to life at retail
  • Plan and execute profitable, “on-strategy” annual promotion plans
  • Ensure pricing/financial guidelines are followed in the marketplace
  • Other job-related duties as requested

What You Have:

  • A proven track record with 10+ years sales experience within theCPG space.
  • Experience selling within the vitamins/supplements and OTC space is preferred
  • Strong personal and professional drive to get things done
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
  • Strong negotiation skills in ”getting to yes” with retail partners
  • The ability to analyze and say “no” to business decisions that are “off strategy”
  • Energy, passion, and a strong desire to build a transformational brand in today’s marketplace
