Responsibilities

- Ensure proper product inventory levels, pricing and technical information on various selling channels.

- Design and execute customer-centric initiatives to enhance experience and loyalty.

- Provide excellent customer service through via phone, live chat and email.

- Help customers with complaints and questions.

- Provide customers information about our products.

- Take/process orders and returns.

- Work directly with the wholesale channel on customer service needs.

Key Experience

- Experience with Google's Suite of products including Gmail and Google Drive.

- Experience with customer-focused platforms such as Gorgias.

- 3+ years of customer service experience, CPG industry preferred.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.

- Familiarity with CRM and business tools such as Gorgias, Attentive,, Klaviyo, Excel and QuickBooks.

- Experience with spreadsheets, PDFs and document management and creation.
